About the Role

As an Integration Developer, you will play a crucial role in helping the business rapidly adapt its strategy and adopt market-leading technologies with minimal risk. This hands-on role focuses on accelerating time-to-value and support the organisations growth strategy by architecting, and building scalable integrations using modern technologies. Working closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders, you will help build a seamless, secure, high-performing data ecosystem that supports millions of transactions and connects hundreds of internal and external systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and optimise the Cloud Integration Platform (iPaaS), driving enhancements and extending business applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design integration patterns, and deliver solutions
  • Lead small integration projects and coordinate with vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations
  • Provide support by troubleshooting issues, delivering training, and creating documentation and knowledge articles
  • Ensure security of integration endpoints and compliance with licensing, patching, and governance policies
  • Monitor integration performance, manage user access, and support testing, deployment, and change management
  • Build reusable, version-controlled integrations and maintain scalable, high-availability cloud infrastructure

About You

  • Hands-on, solution-focused team player who pushes boundaries and never settles for average
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP, XML, CSV integrations, and cloud-based integration architectures
  • High standards for documentation, security, error handling, and system governance
  • Extensive AWS experience and advanced coding skills in complex environments
  • Skilled at modernising legacy systems and driving process improvements
  • Experienced in creating user training, support materials, and managing compliance requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Science Masters would be advantageous
  • 5+ years experience in Agile Software Development
  • 5+ years hands-on experience integrating systems

Desirable (Not Essential)

  • Experience with Mulesoft or Workato integrations
  • Workato Pro III certification
  • Google Cloud Architect certification
  • Security Engineer or Associate certification
